because I’m heading to Gainesville tomorrow! And then Friday I’m heading to St. Pete because we’re renting a beach house with Dan’s friends for a fabulous Fourth of July weekend.
This post is going to be sadly photo-less for now, because even though I have a bunch in my camera they don’t want to transfer to my computer! I think I need a new USB cord — it’s been kind of iffy for a while.
Breakfast: blueberry oats
Snack during Institutional Foods: Clif Bar
We made braided bread again today. Leslie and I had ours put into the oven and then our prof lectured us for a while. At one point the prof got up to bring the bread out of the oven to cool (this was in a different room than our lecture), came back to talk some more, and then finally told us we could go get our bread.
Imagine our surprise when Leslie and I pulled out our tray to see only outlines where our bread had been baked! Our bread was GONE!!!!! And we were getting graded on it!
Our prof gave us a 9/10 based on the shapes left on the baking pan.
After we took our quiz, I decided to stop on the way home for some swimsuit shopping! I drove to Old Navy (no luck), came home for lunch (hummus + spinach + red bell pepper on ww sandwich), and then walked (to get some exercise in and reduce green house gas emissions!) to Aeropostale (again no luck) and Target (success!). After trying on many swimsuits (and trying not to criticize my body too much in the process) I finally found one I feel ok about. Swimsuit shopping is rough!
Before I headed to Vitamins class I ate a nectarine and a rice cake + PB.
Another quiz tonight!
Then I came home to a yummy dinner of polenta + spinach + marinara + tomato + chickpeas + nutritional yeast.
Tonight . . . I should pack.

Good luck packing!!
I can’t believe someone stole your bread!! that’s so bizarre!
and that polenta combo sounds delish! i love polenta.
have fun this weekend mere! say hello to st pete for me
The polenta combo sounds great.I think Target is my savior for so many things, I always end up finding something there!
Have a great weekend!!!!
