The Good Will Hunting Party was seriously so much fun!
I brought vegan cookies and cream mini cupcakes made with PB oreos.
All of that baking is the reason you didn’t get a lunch post! Don’t worry, you didn’t miss out on much: leftover mac & cheeze + broccoli (straight outta the tuperware!) and an apple.
Notice the fruits, veggies, and hummus among the chips! We RDs to be know how to eat

And yep, the dietitians always bring the F&V’s! For our potluck Thanksgiving tomorrow at work I signed up to bring the salad. I caught a lot of flack for it, too! Ohhhhhhhh well!
The dress isn’t all that bad — it’s mostly the polyester material that ruins it for me! I felt like I was wearing plastic!
